As a Benefits Representative, you will help working families better understand their coverage options and make informed decisions. This is a service-focused position built around communication and relationship-building.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Confirming and managing appointments with members who have requested benefit information
• Hosting virtual consultations via phone or Zoom to review available options
• Assessing client needs and recommending appropriate coverage solutions
• Maintaining ongoing communication and follow-up support
• Completing a structured training program designed for long-term success

This role centers on education and guidance not aggressive sales. Your focus is to inform, answer questions, and help clients feel confident in their decisions.
