Position Overview We are looking for driven individuals who know the Oklahoma City market and can identify potential real estate opportunities before they reach the open market. This role is ideal for those with experience in real estate, sales, construction, property management, or related industries who are looking to create an additional income stream with flexible scheduling. No real estate license is required. Responsibilities Identify distressed, vacant, inherited, abandoned, and off-market properties Locate motivated property owners and seller opportunities Build relationships with homeowners and community contacts Gather property details and seller motivation informationli> Conduct basic property observations and photo documentation Submit qualified opportunities through our lead management platform Work closely with our acquisitions team to help convert opportunities into transactions Preferred Backgrounds Real Estate Investing Real Estate Wholesaling Property Management Residential Real Estate Sales Property Appraisals Construction & Remodeling Property Inspections Community Networking Door-to-Door Sales Customer-Facing Sales Roles Qualifications Required: Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate, sales, construction, appraisal, property management, or a related field Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset Ability to work independently Reliable transportation Smartphone with camera and GPS capabilities Professional appearance and conduct Preferred: Real estate investing or wholesaling experience Property valuation knowledge CRM experience Negotiation experience Familiarity with the Oklahoma City market Compensation & Benefits This is a performance-based opportunity designed for individuals seeking significant earning potential.
