$24/hour, depending on training and experience About Us A Center for Mental Wellness, Inc. has been part of the Dover community since 2008. We’re not a typical front office — our Patient Care Coordinators are often a client’s very first experience of what compassionate care feels like here, before they ever meet a clinician. About the Role As a Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll be the welcoming first point of contact for clients at our Dover location — greeting clients, managing scheduling, handling registration and insurance verification, and keeping the front of our practice running smoothly. This role also comes with specialized behavioral-health training most front-desk positions don’t offer, so you’re equipped to genuinely support clients, not just check them in. What You’ll Do Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism Manage phones, scheduling, and appointment coordination Complete client registration and insurance verification Coordinate closely with our clinical teams on scheduling needs Complete specialized training in trauma-informed care, recovery-oriented principles, and client support — provided by us, at no cost to you What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent At least 18 years of age Front-desk, reception, or customer-service experience preferred Comfort with basic computer systems and scheduling software A warm, organized, detail-oriented approach to work Why ACFMW Real training investment in you beyond typical front-desk duties A clear next step: growth into a Lead Patient Care Coordinator role as you gain experience Work alongside a mission-driven clinical team that treats front-desk staff as part of the care team, not separate from it Health insurance contribution, vision, and dental Retirement plan with up to a 3% employer match 10 days (80 hours) of PTO Paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, the Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day Your birthday off, paid A floating holiday, so you can celebrate a day that’s personally or culturally significant to you, whatever that is #J-18808-Ljbffr A Center for Mental Wellness
