Job Description XPO is Now Hiring Pre-Made CDL-A Team Drivers in Phoenix, AZ Earn $0.974 per Mile, Split - Drop & Hook Freight 4 Days on/3 Days Off - Dedicated Routes \n Top Pay & Benefits: \n \n Mileage pay rate of $0.974 per mile, split \n Hourly pay of $35.42 will be provided for enroute waiting times of more than an hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays \n Typical schedule is 4 days on, 3 days off \n 4,500 - 4,800 planned weekly miles \n Full health insurance benefits available on day one \n 401(k) with company match \n No-touch and in-house freight \n \n What to Expect: \n As an XPO Team, you’ll run dedicated routes between XPO facilities in 2023-2026 built sleeper trucks equipped with microwaves and refrigerators. Say goodbye to frustrating delays, as you’ll have access to our extensive network of 160+ fueling stations along the way. Additionally, our in-house, no-touch freight system means you’ll never have to wait at a customer site. A typical work week will consist of 4 days on the road, followed by 3 days of well-deserved time at home.
