Overview: Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver end-to-end data warehousing and analytics solutions using Snowflake.
- Design scalable and efficient data architectures aligned with business requirements, industry best practices, and compliance standards.
- Develop and manage data pipelines, workflows, and ETL/ELT processes across cloud environments.
- Optimize data ingestion, transformation, and integration processes for performance and scalability.
- Integrate Snowflake with AWS, Azure, and GCP environments, as well as ETL tools such as Informatica, dbt, and Talend.
- Lead deployment of Snowflake solutions, ensuring robust data governance, security, and compliance.
- Conduct discovery sessions, technical demos, and proof-of-concepts for internal teams and clients.
- Provide expert guidance during pre-sales, solution design, and client engagements.
- Document architectural designs, standards, and best practices for reusability.
- Mentor and train internal teams and client stakeholders on Snowflake capabilities and adoption.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of total IT experience, with at least 5 years in data architecture/solution architecture.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake in production environments.
- Strong expertise in data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL/ELT processes.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with BI and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of CRM platforms such as SAP CRM or Salesforce CRM.
- Experience implementing forecasting, anomaly detection, and classification solutions in Snowflake.
- Familiarity with advanced data integration tools (MuleSoft, StreamSets).
- Proven ability to lead technical presentations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts.
