About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its senior leadership team. The CFO will be a key player in the strategic and financial planning of the organization, with a focus on ensuring the availability of adequate capital resources to meet the system's current and future needs. This role involves providing overall leadership for the financial strategy, reporting financial performance to various governing bodies, and overseeing the preparation of annual budgets and multi-year financial plans. The successful candidate will also be responsible for all treasury functions, maintaining strong relationships with financial partners, and ensuring a sound system of internal controls. A mission-driven perspective and a commitment to the values of the organization are essential. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of progressive leadership experience in a senior healthcare finance role, with a Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or finance. An MBA and/or CPA is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managed care negotiation, experience in evaluating new business opportunities, and a forward-thinking approach to financial management. Strong communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to foster transparent, positive relationships are also key qualifications. The CFO will lead a team and is expected to be a mentor, promoting a culture of development and succession within the organization.
