Psychotherapist Position
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled psychotherapist to join an established and growing private practice. This role involves providing high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, with a focus on holistic, evidence-based care that supports long-term well-being.
The practice emphasizes transformative psychotherapy approaches that go beyond symptom management to help clients achieve meaningful and lasting personal growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and family psychotherapy sessions
- Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, and psychodynamic therapies
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals
- Stay current with advancements in psychotherapy practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- Active or limited permit license in New York (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, MHC-LP, or MFT-LP)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical counseling experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with diverse and high-functioning client populations
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Schedule
- Tuesday - Friday: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- One weekend day (preferably Saturday): 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
