From the first greeting on arrival to the final farewell, this role helps cultivate an atmosphere where genuine relationships, attention to detail, and memorable moments define every visit. Experience Required PGA Associate or Class A Membership preferred, or a demonstrated commitment to pursuing PGA education. Passion for the game of golf and delivering exceptional member and guest experiences. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special club events as business needs require. Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize responsibilities and adapt to changing operational demands. Essential Responsibilities Deliver personalized, first-class service to every member and guest. Maintain a visible presence throughout The Covey to proactively assist players. Resolve service opportunities with professionalism, discretion, and urgency. Assist in organizing and executing tournaments, member events, and special club programming with exceptional attention to detail. Ensure all golf operation facilities, practice areas, and workspaces are maintained to the highest standards of presentation. Carry out opening and closing procedures to ensure the golf operation is prepared for daily activities. Support instructional programs, clinics, junior golf, and player development initiatives as assigned. Demonstrate excellent communication, active listening, and a strong sense of urgency in all responsibilities. Anticipate member and guest needs before they arise and consistently look for opportunities to enhance their experience. Represent The Covey at Big Easy Ranch with the highest level of professionalism while contributing to a culture of excellence and unreasonable hospitality.
