Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments with clients to evaluate their mental health status and identify therapeutic needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique circumstances and challenges faced by clients.

• Provide consistent therapeutic sessions, employing various techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused therapy to assist clients in achieving their goals.

• Offer support and strategies to clients dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and relationship challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress within our EHR system.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to ensure comprehensive care, referring clients to psychiatrists or additional resources when appropriate.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Healing Garden, you will work with a diverse client population that spans various ages, backgrounds, and mental health conditions. Our clients may include individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders, as well as those in need of support for relationship and family issues. Your role will be crucial in fostering a safe and inclusive space where clients feel valued and understood.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.
\n
• A profound understanding of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Strong crisis intervention skills and the capacity to maintain professionalism during challenging circumstances.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
