Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Certified Hand Therapist or Occupational Therapist with hand experience.

Assignment Details

• Schedule: 5x8.
