Job Summary and Qualifications

In the role of Registered Nurse, you will be tasked with delivering exceptional, patient-centered care that aligns with departmental requirements and state-specific practice standards. You will collaborate closely with medical professionals and the care team to provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, adhering to established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate the patient's condition upon admission and during each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in their status.
• Carry out procedures, monitoring, or other tasks as directed by medical providers, ensuring thorough and timely documentation of care in the patient's medical record.
• Administer prescribed medications, monitor the patient's therapeutic response, and take appropriate actions in case of any adverse reactions.
• Deliver outstanding care by responding swiftly to patient requests, proactively anticipating their needs, and addressing them effectively.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the patient's medical condition, treatment plans, medications, potential side effects, and follow-up measures, ensuring they fully understand complex medical terminology.

Qualifications Required

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Bachelor's Degree, Registered Nurse Diploma, or Associate Degree
