Product Manager - Interfaces

Role Description

As the PM for Supabase surfaces, you will define how Supabase will be as readable, predictable, and trustworthy as possible, both to humans and agents alike.

• Talk to customers across the full spectrum, from indie developers to enterprise teams.
• Own the problem statement and requirements behind every interface bet.
• Define what we should build next (and why) to enhance the developer experience.
• Set the bar for what "agent-friendly" means on Supabase.
• Decide how the SDK reads to a coding agent and how APIs are discovered.
• Define how each launch is measured before it ships.
• Keep engineering, design, and leadership aligned across every Supabase surface.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience on developer tools, or an ex-founder with strong product instincts.
• Technical enough to read architecture docs and follow design discussions.
• Experience shipping a public SDK, CLI, dashboard, or API that external developers depend on.
• Familiar with how coding agents consume SDKs, docs, and APIs.
• Bias toward speed and willingness to ship imperfect solutions to learn.
• Hands-on experience with the CLI, Management API, and real coding against supabase-js.
• Use AI tools to enhance productivity and optimize for developers.
• Ability to work asynchronously and make decisions in writing.
