Change Management Specialist

MYR Group, a leading electrical infrastructure contractor across the U.S. and Canada, seeks a Change Management Specialist, Finance Transformation to drive adoption of new financial systems and processes in a construction environment. You will lead change strategies for finance initiatives impacting project accounting, reporting, and controls, partnering closely with finance, operations, and IT. Responsibilities include stakeholder analysis, communications, training, and readiness assessments, while monitoring adoption and KPIs. You’ll support leadership engagement, reinforce MYR Group’s safety and integrity culture, and help teams successfully navigate ongoing transformation.
