This executive will lead Product and Brand Development, shaping product strategy, commercialization, and portfolio growth across retail and eCommerce channels.
What You'll Do
- Lead Product and Brand strategy across a diverse portfolio of consumer products
- Define and execute strategic product roadmaps
- Drive new product development, commercialization, and portfolio expansion initiatives Lead and develop a high-performing Product Management team while partnering closely with Creative, Sales, Sourcing, and Executive Leadership
- Shape brand positioning, packaging, digital content, and consumer marketing strategies across retail and eCommerce
- Partner with key retail customers on assortment strategy, line reviews, and category growth opportunities
- Establish KPIs and use data-driven insights to optimize product performance, marketing effectiveness, and portfolio growth
- Partner with executive leadership to align Product and Brand initiatives with broader business objectives
What We're Looking
- For 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within consumer products
- Demonstrated success leading Product Management, Brand Development, and Marketing teams
- Extensive experience with new product development, portfolio strategy, commercialization, and lifecycle management
- Strong understanding of Mass retail, eCommerce, and omnichannel go-to-market strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams while balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution
- Proven ability to build brands, launch innovative products, and deliver measurable business growth
- Experience working within entrepreneurial, privately held, or founder-led organizations is highly valued
