Talento Search Group has an opening for a Warehouse Supervisor in Chillicothe, Ohio. This is a third shift position and pay will be $55,000-$70,000, depending on experience. Other shifts may be available.

Position Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for the management and supervision within a designated warehouse are (receiving, picking, packing or inventory). This is a full time, direct hire position.

Experience Needed:

• Proven experience in warehouse operations management is required 
• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics or distribution
• Experience with high volume assembly operations
• Experience with kitting, high speed assembly, sequencing, warehousing, storage, shipping and receiving 
• Experience within a 3PL facility is preferred
• ISO Certification knowledge is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems

Essential Functions include (but not limited to):

• Achieve operational goals related to inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, cost control and employee safety
• Timely completion of customer requirements within designated area
• Assess KPI's and make adjustments needed to meet targets
• Ensure SOP's are followed
• Make certain documentation and Warehouse Management System reporting requirements are met
• Maintain EHS policies
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Keep your team motivated 
• Provide feedback and coaching opportunities to support employee growth and development
