Business Intelligence AnalystThe primary function of this role is to provide business intelligence support through repeatable and ad hoc reporting that enables informed business decisions. The role involves data mining, extraction, manipulation, analysis, and reporting, with a focus on logistics, distribution centers, warehouses, and supply chain environments.ResponsibilitiesData and business analysisData mining and extraction from multiple sources to build reportsDaily, weekly, and monthly report generationReport automation and designMaintain existing dashboards; conduct weekly and monthly analysis and reportingHelp drive critical business decisions through in-depth analysis and provide recommendations based on findingsDevelop models that aid in decision-makingIdentify opportunities for performance improvementPublish standard and complex ad-hoc reports for different audiencesQualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in reports and data analysis within logistics, distribution center, warehouse, and/or supply chain environmentsExperience in cost analysis and reporting of key performance indicatorsHigh proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, Access, BI Tools, and PowerPointExperience in a logistics, warehouse, and/or supply chain (operations) environmentExperience with SAPBachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, or related fieldResults-driven with the ability to handle multiple projectsDesired SkillsExcellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skillsStrong data mining skills and experience extracting and manipulating data from multiple sourcesCritical thinking skills including analysis, interpretation, inference, explanation, self-regulation, open-mindedness, and problem-solvingStrong math, communication, and organizational skillsExcellent attention to detailComfortable working in a multi-cultural business environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsEffective time management skillsAbility to independently follow and execute work assignmentsSelf-starter capable of working without supervisionAbility to interact with all levels of management, including executivesPay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $50.00 - $55.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
