Cleaner (Part-Time, Hourly) - Operations & Maintenance

$18.98 - $20.6 per hour

QUALIFICATIONS

Working knowledge of cleaning methods, materials and equipment
Civil Service position

DUTIES Custodial duties range in a wide variety of tasks including:

Empty all trash cans and trash in the rooms
Clean drinking fountain, room sinks and bathrooms
Fill toilet paper, soap and paper towel dispensers as needed
Wet mop bathroom floors
Sweep, vacuum or dust mop the floors
Empty the pencil sharpeners
Clean the chalkboards/whiteboards
Clean all interior glass
Clean the hall door and the interior glass adjacent to the door
Vacuum all hallway alcoves around doors to classrooms, offices, shop and bathrooms
Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or the building administrator

Summer Recess and breaks :

Strip tile floors and wax; shampoo classrooms; shampoo all hallway alcoves around doors to classrooms, offices, shops and bathrooms; wash windows; assist moving items

SALARY $18.98 - $20.60

STARTING DATE July 13, 2026
