Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What You’ll Bring:

• Current Indiana Special Education Teaching License
• Moderate-Severe endorsement required
• Passion for individualized instruction and student growth
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Experience working with students in special education settings is highly valued

Your Role Will Include:

• Developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s strengths and challenges
• Adapting curriculum and instructional strategies to meet specific learning needs
• Collaborating with general education teachers, related service providers, and families
• Maintaining thorough and timely documentation on student progress and interventions
• Creating a safe, inclusive classroom where every child feels valued and able to succeed
• Participating in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices

Enjoy a work week of 30–35 hours, Monday through Friday, throughout the 26/27 school year.
