Service Advisor / Writer

Now Hiring: Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and helping people keep their vehicles safe and reliable? V & H Automotive is looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Service Advisor / Service Writer to join our growing team.

As the link between our customers and technicians, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional service experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and accurately document vehicle concerns
Schedule service appointments and prepare repair orders
Communicate recommended repairs and maintenance in a clear, professional manner
Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Automotive knowledge or dealership/service advisor experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Computer proficiency and attention to detail
Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
Valid driver's license
