Role & Responsibilities A Visual Graphics Designer & GenAI Storyteller role focused on creating high-impact, conversion-driven visuals and content across digital platforms for a digital health platform. The role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, storytelling, and GenAI, responsible for creating scroll-stopping ad creatives, short and long-form video content, and AI-assisted visual storytelling systems to help translate complex metabolic health concepts into compelling visual narratives. Must Have Requirements Proficiency in GenAI tools (Runway, Midjourney, Pika, Haygen) Ability to create human-like AI-generated content that is not discernible as AI-generated Experience with design tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite) Strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling and ad creatives Ability to think in hooks, narratives, and conversion outcomes Excellent communication skills and comfort working asynchronously US or India timezone with mandatory overlap with USA Overall Skills Needed Visual design and graphic design Ad creative design for paid channels (Meta, Google, YouTube) Short-form video content creation (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) Long-form video storytelling (YouTube, educational narratives) GenAI tools proficiency (Haygen, Runway, Pika, Midjourney) Motion graphics and animation Storytelling and narrative development Performance marketing thinking Understanding of CTR, engagement, and retention metrics Content iteration based on performance data Adobe Suite proficiency Figma proficiency Canva proficiency Behavioral psychology understanding Information hierarchy design Asynchronous collaboration Genuine interest in health, wellness, and lifestyle science Familiarity with healthcare or behavior-change products in US or Indian market is a strong plus Experience working with D2C or health/wellness brands is a nice to have Understanding of content performance metrics is a nice to have Familiarity with behavioral psychology or storytelling frameworks is a nice to have Ability to take feedback without ego while confidently proposing alternatives Understanding that visuals created will be used in healthcare context and can affect human life Key Responsibilities & Outcomes Design high-converting ad creatives for paid channels (Meta, Google, YouTube) Create scroll-stopping visuals within the first 3 seconds Create compelling thumbnails, hooks, static and motion visuals Produce short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) Develop long-form storytelling content (YouTube, educational narratives) Craft strong hooks, story arcs, and emotional connections Use GenAI tools to rapidly prototype video concepts, visual variations, and story-driven assets Understand and optimize for key metrics (CTR, engagement, retention) Continuously iterate creatives based on performance data Collaborate with growth, product, and sales & marketing teams for optimization Take direction from sales & marketing team briefs and brand guidelines Improve existing visuals and propose better alternatives Scale of Operations Digital health platform with consumer-facing mobile app and clinician/coach-facing patient portal Additional Requirements N/A Additional Benefits N/A Work Schedule Contract role with flexible hours.
