Customers primarily purchase blocks of technician time for smaller repairs, maintenance items, installations, and project lists. Rather than requiring an onsite estimate for every small job, we gather project information ahead of time so our Handyman can arrive ready to work. That means this position requires more than technical ability. You’ll have substantial independence in the field and need to be able to evaluate conditions, prioritize work, communicate with customers, solve problems, and keep appointments moving efficiently. Our goal is to make getting professional help around the home dramatically easier without lowering the standard of the work being performed.
