Geriatrics Medical Director (Medford)

An outstanding, full-time, leadership position has become available near the rapidly growing, beautiful community of Central Point, OR. The medical center is looking for a Medical Director to take over the Geriatrics Department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Board-Certified Physician with demonstrated leadership experience, to join a supportive and respected team equipped with up-to-date technology and a patient centered mindset. Directors with the non-profit medical center are provided a lucrative base salary and benefits package, including eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness, 6 weeks of PTO, a CME stipend, and retirement fund, in addition to a generous $50k sign‑on bonus, performance bonuses, and substantial relocation assistance among other perks.

Required Work Experience

• 2+ years of experience (or completed fellowship) in Geriatric Medicine is a MUST
• 2+ years of demonstrated leadership experience is a MUST
• Board Certification as a Physician in Internal Medicine or Geriatrics is a MUST
