Position Overview
This role focuses on routing coordination and freight dispatch support across nationwide transportation networks. Responsibilities include managing shipment timelines, adjusting routing schedules, and maintaining consistent communication throughout the load lifecycle.
The role supports both remote and hybrid work structures. Operations are connected to an Oregon-based office, where proximity may determine occasional in-person collaboration.
Responsibilities
Organize and adjust routing schedules for active loads
Track freight movement across assigned regions
Maintain routing and dispatch records
Communicate scheduling changes and updates
Support transportation workflow continuity

Work Environment
Work is performed in a logistics-focused environment emphasizing structured coordination and real-time tracking. Hybrid or remote participation is supported depending on location relative to Oregon operations.
