licensed Physical Therapist Assistant

Your responsibilities will include: Carry out treatment interventions established within the Physical Therapist’s plan of care. Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, functional activities, and other appropriate interventions. Provide clear instruction, encouragement, and education throughout each treatment session. Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate changes, concerns, and progress to the supervising Physical Therapist. Recommend appropriate modifications or adjustments to the Physical Therapist based on patient response and progress. Prioritize patient safety, comfort, and individual needs during every visit. Perform appropriate data collection and measurements within the PTA scope of practice. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation. Help patients stay engaged and accountable throughout their plan of care. Stay current on evidence-based practices and developments within physical therapy. Participate in team meetings, training, and clinic initiatives. Help create a professional, friendly, and welcoming environment for patients and coworkers. Contribute to clinic goals while maintaining a high standard of patient care. Go above and beyond to create an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications Associate degree from an accredited

Physical Therapist Assistant program

. Current

Tennessee Physical Therapist Assistant license

, or eligible/in the process of obtaining licensure. Understanding of physical therapy principles, therapeutic exercise, functional training, and appropriate treatment techniques. Strong patient communication and instructional skills. Ability to accurately document treatment and patient response. Strong organization and time-management skills. CPR certification preferred.
