We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatrician to join a well-established community health center in Lancaster, California . This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing comprehensive care to children and families in an underserved community.

Base Salary: $230,000
Outpatient-focused pediatric practice
Established patient panel
Mission-driven, community-centered care
Collaborative and supportive clinical team

Provide comprehensive pediatric care from newborns to adolescents
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions
Perform well-child visits and preventive care
Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests
Educate families on health maintenance, nutrition, and development
Maintain accurate and timely documentation

️ Board Certified / Board Eligible in Pediatrics
️ Active or eligible California medical license
️ Commitment to community-based, patient-centered care
