Kitchen & Bath Designer (In-Home Sales)  Atlanta, GA | $200K–$400K+ | Pre-Qualified Leads | Uncapped

The Role

• Lead in-home consultations and guide homeowners through design + investment decisions
• Create and present tailored kitchen/bath solutions
• Own the sale from first appointment to signed agreement
• Maintain strong client communication and generate referrals

Who This Is For

• You’ve personally closed $1M+ annually in remodeling sales
• You’re confident in the home and know how to control a consultation
• You’re frustrated by:

Schedule

• 1-2 consultations/day, 5 days per week 
• Wednesdays: team meeting + coaching (half day) 
• 2 Saturdays/month
• Limited evening appointments
