Hospice Care RN: Telephonic Triage & Field Support
Hospice-of-Michigan
Hospice-of-Michigan is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Contact Center in Michigan to provide professional nursing services to hospice patients by telephone and to supervise nursing care as needed. You will document calls, triage needs, coordinate equipment and supplies, and educate patients and families while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. MI RN licensure is required, with 1–2 years of varied nursing experience; hospice experience is preferred, and you must be able to #J-18808-Ljbffr Hospice-of-Michigan
