Wound Care RN: Lead Nurse for Healing & Prevention

Ciena Healthcare is seeking a Wound Care Nurse to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate wound care programs for residents in our Michigan skilled nursing facility. You will ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and promote skin health and prevention of pressure injuries. The role serves as a clinical resource and educator for residents, families, and staff. Two years of wound care experience preferred; RN or LPN with state licensure and current CPR and Wound Care certification #J-18808-Ljbffr Ciena-Healthcare
