Product Specialist (Direct Hire | Hybrid Opportunity)

Location: Ocala, FL.

Pay: $65,000 - $80,000 annually
Position Type: Direct Hire

We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Specialist to support product development, market analysis, and business growth initiatives. This role partners with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, operations, and customer support to enhance existing products, develop new solutions, and drive overall product success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities. 

• Support product strategy, roadmap planning, and product lifecycle management.

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve existing products and launch new offerings. 

• Assist with pricing, positioning, and go-to-market initiatives. 

• Create product documentation, training materials, and sales support tools.

• Serve as a technical resource for internal stakeholders and help resolve customer-related product issues. 

• Analyze product performance and recommend continuous improvements.

• Develop reports and dashboards using CRM and business intelligence tools. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or a related field. 

• 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools. 

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
