Open Positions

First, Second, Weekends

• Caregivers (CBRF Certified, Non-CNA): $15–$16/hr (based on experience)
• Caregivers (CBRF Certified CNA): $17–$20/hr (based on experience)
• Paid training provided
• $250 Sign-On Bonus after 90 days of employment  (Note: Training days do not count toward the 90-day period)

Shifts Available

• All shifts:  Days, Evenings, Overnight
• Weekends required (rotating or permanent schedules available)

Requirements

• Must have  all required CBRF certifications :
• Standard Precautions
• First Aid & Choking
• Fire Safety
• Medication Administration
• CNA preferred (higher pay scale) but not required
• Reliable transportation required
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs

Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide high-quality care to individuals in various settings, including assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and private homes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and the ability to support residents with daily activities while ensuring their comfort and safety. This role requires a strong understanding of the needs of seniors and individuals with disabilities, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Duties

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide personal care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, etc
• Monitor and record vital signs as needed, ensuring proper documentation in EMR systems.
• Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and guidelines.
• Engage residents in social activities and provide companionship to enhance their quality of life.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in living areas, ensuring a safe environment for all residents.
• Utilize equipment such as Hoyer lifts for safe transfers when necessary.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as senior care, long-term care, or home & community care is preferred.
• Familiarity with first aid procedures and emergency response protocols.
• Experience working with individuals who have disabilities or special needs is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with residents and their families.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
