We are seeking a Crew Lead for our South Denver crew. As the Crew Lead, you will perform a wide variety of projects for various clients across the city. This is a full time position with some weekends, nights, and overtime work required to accommodate our customers. Additional seasonal positions are available.

What You'll Do:

• Use equipment to perform line painting, asphalt crack filling and sealcoating, power washing, epoxy flooring and more
• Plan and facilitate the production of a high-quality project
• Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager
• Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site
• Additional tasks as required
• Will start as a crew member and transition into lead once adequately trained

What You Bring:

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and a reliable mode of transportation
• You are self-motivated, critical thinker that enjoys problem solving
• You understand the importance of punctuality, organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending and lifting (up to 75lbs)
• Ability to work well independently unsupervised
• Positive, can do attitude and willingness to engage with our customers
• Past experience with small engines (like lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is an asset
• An Engineering educational background is an asset

Compensation: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
