Banning Veterinary Hospital is ready to welcome a Dedicated Small Animal Associate Veterinarian to our team. We offer Flexible Full Time shift availability! We are a full-service veterinary hospital located in Banning, CA! Our Hospital offers a wide variety of services for small and the occasional large animal and we have access to the most up-to-date, modern technology offered in the field of veterinary care today. Our state-of-the-art building is 14,000 square feet and houses 11 private exam rooms. We currently have exceptional doctors & trained staff. Our medical team offers quality & compassionate care when our clients & patients are in need. We are a very collaborative team and we offer great training & mentorship for new graduates through our RISE Mentorship Program. Our program is structured & supportive. We are here to provide you with the skills needed to begin your new journey as a licensed veterinarian. What You Can Expect: Full-time employment with gradual caseload independence Dual mentorship model: on-site hospital mentor + national mentorship team Hands-on learning withreal-time case support and guidance A nationwide cohort of peers for ongoing connection and support Flexible start dates Who We’re Looking For: New DVM/VMD graduates seeking strong mentorship and support Veterinarians interested in General Practice, Emergency, or Mixed Animal Practice (based on location) Candidates passionate about high-quality medicine, teamwork, and continuous learning Qualifications Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for this position Compensation & Benefits Base salary:$140,000-$160,000 All offers include quarterly no negative accrual for new graduates Up to $35,000 new grad sign-on bonus Comprehensive benefits package,including paid parental leave Relocation assistance available CE reimbursement plus paid PTO for CE Paid VIN, AVMA, and Plumb’s memberships Life inBanning, CA The city of Banning is strategically located between the Inland Empire and the Coachella Valley.
