A growing local construction company is hiring two Foremen to help lead critical field operations. One position oversees Tree Operations and the other leads Asphalt Operations. These are hands-on leadership roles where you'll spend your day in the field, as well as behind a desk. Your decisions directly impact project quality, customer satisfaction, and the success of the entire company.

What You'll Do

Lead and motivate field crews from project start to completion

Plan daily work and keep jobs moving safely and efficiently

Solve problems in the field before they impact production

Maintain high standards for workmanship and customer satisfaction

Train and mentor crew members

Coordinate equipment, materials, and jobsite logistics

Ensure work is completed safely and meets company expectations

Assist with winter snow removal operations when needed

Tree Foreman Qualifications

Experience leading tree service or vegetation management crews preferred

Ability to safely operate both a bucket truck and spider lift is required

Valid driver's license required

CDL is preferred but not required

Strong understanding of tree removal, trimming, equipment safety, and jobsite planning

Asphalt Foreman Qualifications

Experience leading asphalt paving or pavement maintenance crews preferred

Knowledge of asphalt finishing, grading, patching, sealcoating, or striping

Concrete finishing experience is highly transferable

Experience drilling and placing rebar is a strong plus

Mechanical aptitude and equipment troubleshooting skills are highly valued
