RN's and LVN's (Evening Shift) The Job Our LVN's and RN's work to ensure that eachresident attains or maintains the highestpossiblelevel of functioning byproviding quality nursing careand byworking with the interdisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. Responsibilities Follow established standards of nursing practices and implementcommunity programs, policies and procedures Obtainreport from nurse being relieved and provide report to nurse coming on duty;record sufficient information to implement appropriate follow-up action as necessary.
