LittleStar ABA Therapy is looking for a friendly, dependable, and energetic Afternoon Receptionist to join our Bloomington Team!

As our receptionist, you’ll be much more than the person behind the front desk. You’ll be an important part of the support team, helping our center run smoothly while serving as a welcoming and helpful resource for families, visitors, and staff.

What You’ll Do

You’ll keep our Carmel Center organized, welcoming, and running efficiently by:

• Greeting families, visitors, vendors, and team members with a warm, professional attitude.
• Answering phones, directing calls, and managing messages.
• Providing helpful information and ensuring visitors are properly signed in.
• Supporting mail, shipping, postage, office supplies, filing, copying, and other administrative needs.
• Communicating learner absences or delays to the appropriate team members.
• Maintaining medication logs, emergency lists, telephone directories, and center databases.
• Supporting new staff onboarding, including access, keys, email, V-cards, and car tags.
• Preparing routine correspondence and providing administrative support to clinical and leadership staff.
• Collecting forms, RSVPs, fees, and other materials for events and special programs.
• Helping coordinate special events and activities.
• Keeping our lobby, waiting area, and conference rooms welcoming, organized, and stocked.
• Partnering with Center Leadership and the Center Manager to address administrative needs and minor facility repairs.
• Jumping in wherever needed to help our team, families, and center succeed!

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work cooperatively with a wide variety of people.
• A genuine desire to positively impact team spirit, morale, and the experience of the families we serve.
