Busser Position at Scratch & Co.

Scratch & Co. is building a high-energy, hospitality-driven team in the Plaza Towers District. We are looking for reliable, hardworking team members who take pride in supporting an exceptional guest experience. Bussers play a critical role in maintaining the flow of service and ensuring the restaurant stays clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, restrooms, and service stations.
• Assist servers with food running, water service, and table maintenance.
• Keep service areas stocked (silverware, glassware, linens, etc.).
• Support bar and kitchen teams as needed.
• Take out trash and maintain overall cleanliness of the restaurant.
• Ensure all guest areas are consistently clean, organized, and presentable.

Requirements:

• Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• No experience required, but restaurant experience is a plus.
• Must be at least 16 years old (or per state labor laws).
