NIGHT SHIFT NURSE SUPERVISOR

We're looking for a dependable, confident leader to oversee our night shift nursing team and help ensure residents receive safe, consistent, high-quality care throughout the overnight hours. This role provides leadership and support to the nursing staff, helps coordinate resident care during the shift, responds to clinical needs as they arise, and ensures documentation and facility standards are met. You'll work closely with administration to maintain smooth operations and strong communication overnight.
