Intersect is seeking an experienced HR Operations leader to scale our People function as we accelerate growth in North America. You will shape systems, data, and programs to support a high‑growth, mission‑driven company in a period of transformation. You will partner with Finance and business leaders to evolve HR operations for scalability.
