Global Transportation leader seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to own and optimize our digital marketing ecosystem, driving demand generation, customer engagement, and measurable business results. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional with deep expertise in Salesforce, Pardot (Account Engagement), marketing automation, lead lifecycle management, and digital campaign optimization . Required Qualifications 5+ years of progressive digital marketing experience Bachelors or Masters Degree in Marketing/Related Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM a MUST Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) Expertise in marketing automation, email marketing, lead nurturing, segmentation, and campaign execution Experience managing lead scoring, lead qualification, attribution, conversion tracking, and lifecycle reporting Proven ability to track leads through the full funnel from MQL to Closed Won Experience with Google Analytics (GA4 preferred) Knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid search, website optimization, and content marketing Experience creating marketing dashboards and reporting tied to pipeline and revenue Experience with AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms Background in B2B marketing environments Experience collaborating with Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, and Salesforce teams What You'll Do Manage and optimize the company website, digital campaigns, and marketing automation platforms Build and execute automated email campaigns, nurture programs, landing pages, forms, and segmentation strategies Administer and optimize Salesforce and Pardot to drive lead generation and pipeline growth Develop and maintain lead scoring models, attribution reporting, and lead handoff processes Track and analyze marketing performance from MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Closed Won Create dashboards and reports that connect marketing activities to revenue outcomes Partner with Sales, IT, Operations, and external agencies to enhance digital performance Evaluate and implement AI-enabled marketing tools and automation solutions #J-18808-Ljbffr
