Job Description Position: e-Commerce Specialist at Envista Holdings Corporation, Brea, CA. Responsibilities include: Plan and execute marketing initiatives such as search, email marketing, social, and online advertising campaigns, and collaborate with the interactive team on website development to ensure SEO optimization. Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and improve website traffic. Create omnichannel strategy and manage email campaigns, social media outreach, Google Ads, SEO, and SEM efforts. Monitor customer data (behaviors, order history, page analytics, demographics) to develop segmentation, messaging, and strategy. Support UX/UI design for a user-friendly customer experience. Create digital assets and conduct A/B testing. Develop and execute promotional initiatives. Manage product listings: write descriptions, update pricing, and handle inventory, ensuring accurate merchandising and optimization. Maintain, audit, and optimize product content across retailer platforms using SEO best practices. Update product pricing and track sales data. Coordinate with customer service to resolve e-commerce related issues. Analyze sales trends to identify opportunities and challenges; compile performance reports. Collaborate cross-departmentally with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure cohesive content and availability. Identify and implement best practices and new technologies, including site search optimization, loyalty programs, remarketing/retargeting, and email automation. Oversee website functionality, testing, and UI/UX improvements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (Master's degree a plus). 1-3 years' experience in e-commerce or related field. 1-2 years' SEO experience. Strong understanding of front-end, CMS platforms and Acquia DXP. Proficiency with Google Analytics, CMS, and e-commerce software (e.g., Magento). Proficiency with Google Ads and SEMrush. Excellent understanding of e-commerce practices (SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media). Familiarity with online marketing strategies and channels. Analytical skills to interpret sales data and improve solutions. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience in project management. Customer- and detail-oriented, proactive and resourceful problem solver. Team player with strong interpersonal skills. Location The position may be based in the Thousand Oaks or Brea office, required to be on-site 3 days per week. Less than 10% travel, mainly to corporate office or meet customers in North America. Salary Range Compensation range: $63,300 - $95,000. Additional benefits may include annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401(k) match, and other applicable plans.
