Travel Registered Nurse (RN)
Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for a Long-Term Care facility on a 13-week contract. Provide high-quality nursing care during day shifts, working 36 hours per week with pay up to $53 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to LTC residents
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Monitor patient conditions and document changes accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and care planning
- Provide patient and family education with compassion and professionalism
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license in Illinois or compact eligibility
- Current BLS Certification required
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment
Preferred Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year of recent LTC, SNF, or skilled nursing experience
- Experience with EMR documentation systems
