This position requires no prior experience—the employer will provide full training. Flaggers play a critical role in keeping work zones safe by directing traffic around active utility job sites. Job Duties: Direct traffic safely around active utility work zones Use STOP/SLOW paddles, flags, cones, and signage Set up and remove temporary traffic control devices Communicate with crew members to maintain safe operations Monitor traffic flow and adjust as needed for safety Follow all safety rules and supervisor instructions Requirements: No experience required — training will be provided by employer. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow safety instructions. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks. Willingness to work near active roadways and heavy equipment.
