Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associate No Experience Required

What You’ll Do:

  • Represent nonprofit organizations and ethical brands at live events, retail campaigns, and community outreach programs

  • Drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and fundraising success through face-to-face interactions

  • Assist with lead generation, supporter acquisition, and retention efforts

  • Collaborate closely with your team to implement effective marketing and sales strategies

  • Use basic CRM tools to track performance and help optimize campaigns

  • Participate in weekly training workshops, team meetings, and leadership development sessions

  • Are 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent (college coursework is a plus)
