Aircraft Fueler

But at the heart of our business is our people. Role Purpose The aircraft Fueler is responsible for the safe and efficient fueling/defueling and servicing of aircraft at the airport. You will need to perform simple mathematical functions such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing with regards to weight, measurement and volume to interpret aircraft weight and balance loading instructions as they pertain to fueling. This role requires maintaining a safe and secure work environment in accordance with local health, safety, and security policies and procedures. What You Will Be Doing Perform fueling in a safe and efficient manner, drive and operate fuel trucks, hydrant cards, and stationary carts to fuel aircraft. Accurately account for fuel transactions. Perform daily quality control checks on equipment, and maintain equipment in a clean and functional condition. Ensure correct loading and balancing of fuel. Defuel aircraft as directed. Qualifications Ability to proficiently read, write and speak English and perform basic math calculations. Handle fueling carts and hoses, requiring you to lift and move up to 70 pounds. Work is performed primarily outdoors; must be comfortable in all weather conditions. Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays. Prior experience preferred, including possession of a Commercial Driver’s License or experience in the oil and gas industry. Must have a flexible schedule.
