Senior Project Manager - Water/Wastewater

Your Impact Work hand in hand with the NY/NJ Water Team on multi‑disciplined water infrastructure projects, delivering technical and managerial leadership. Responsibilities Facilitate our strategy and business growth. Collaborate with skilled project teams to strengthen market growth. Provide technical leadership and quality assurance for water design and construction projects. Coordinate activities of design engineers, technicians, and field staff. Ensure projects progress on schedule and within budget. Mentor junior staff and support proposal and presentation preparation. Work closely with Client Account Managers and Operations teams to pursue water opportunities in the NY/NJ metro area. Advance long‑term relationships with water clients at state, city, and county levels. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Licensed Professional Engineer in NY. 20+ years of experience in the water market sector. Track record of coordinating teams and winning work regionally or statewide. Strong relationships with public and private water clients (e.g., NYCDEP, NYCDDC, PVSC). Experience in stakeholder relationship development and management. Preferred Licensed Professional Engineer in NJ or NY. Experience delivering or managing large water projects or programs. Ability to set vision, coach, and motivate teams; manage commercial and legal negotiations. Established local client relationships and understanding of agency policies and procedures. Compensation and Benefits Salary: $160,000 – $230,000, commensurate with experience.
