What you can expectZoom is seeking an Account Executive to sell our Zoom Workplace platform to State & Local Government accounts in Texas. In this role, you will engage with state CIOs, executive directors, and IT leaders to help them modernize communication and collaboration with AI-powered Zoom solutions. This is a consultative, strategic selling role focused on AI initiatives and digital transformation.About the TeamAs part of Zoom's Public Sector SLED Sales team, you will expand our presence across Texas state and local government agencies. You will advocate the innovative power of our platform to make organizations more productive, collaborative, and mobile.ResponsibilitiesAcquiring and growing State & Local Government accounts across TexasLeading with AI and digital transformation conversations—position Zoom's federated AI model and Workplace platform as strategic enablers for government modernizationSelling consultatively to state CIOs and executive directors on AI initiatives and Zoom WorkplaceBuilding trusted relationships with executives and IT leaders in state and local government agenciesDelivering demos, proposals, negotiations, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) that emphasize AI capabilities and business outcomesNavigating complex government procurement processes and long public sector sales cyclesPartnering with channel organizations to expand reach and accelerate adoptionWorking strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutionsWhat we’re looking for8+ years of Account Executive experience with consistent quota attainmentHave experience selling into State & Local Government Have background in AI and SaaS sales with a proven track record of consultative, solution-oriented sellingHave a consultative selling approach with ability to engage C-level executives on strategic AI and digital transformation initiativesHave experience managing government procurement and contracting cyclesReside in Austin or surrounding areas for this remote positionSalary Range or On Target Earnings:Minimum:$200,700.00Maximum:$447,900.00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locationsAt Zoom, we offer a window of at least 5 days for you to apply because we believe in giving you every opportunity.
