On‑Site Self Storage Facility Storage Manager Job Title: On‑Site Self Storage Facility Storage Manager Salary: $20.00/Hour – $22.00/Hour (Includes Housing) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Location: FREEWAY STORAGE – MARYSVILLE, WA About the Role Supervise the storage leasing, maintenance, and on‑site contract teams and manage day‑to‑day operations at the facility. Responsibilities include reviewing rental applications, ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining equipment inventory, handling payroll and accounting records, assisting with budgeting, responding to resident inquiries, enforcing community rules, and preparing operational reports. Responsibilities Supervise storage leasing team, maintenance team, and on‑site contract workers Review all rental applications and storage agreements for accuracy and compliance Ensure buildings meet government and environmental regulations Make recommendations for physical repairs, replacements, and/or improvements Maintain inventory of all equipment and supplies Schedule on‑call personnel and supervise on‑site emergencies Ensure work assignments comply with OSHA standards Recommend improvements to marketing and leasing programs Maintain accounting records: payroll, overtime, invoices, rent delinquencies, NSF procedures, evictions Assist in annual budget creation and prepare monthly variance reports Respond promptly to resident inquiries, complaints, and concerns Enforce community rules and provide documentation of disputes or issues Collect and deposit funds, manage delinquency notices, and conduct market surveys to increase revenue Assist with weekly and monthly reporting, invoice processing, and vendor supervision Qualifications College education preferred; experience will be considered Previous clerical/administrative experience with proficiency in office computers and software Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Benefits Zero‑cost medical, dental, and vision coverage (employee‑only) Life insurance (employer‑paid basic coverage) Voluntary life & supplemental insurance (AFLAC) 401(k) plan with employer match Health Savings Account (HSA) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Employee discounts (LifeMart & more) Pet insurance through MetLife Paid time off that grows with tenure, plus a work anniversary day off On‑site housing included with wage Ongoing professional development and growth plans Employee wellness support (mental health, HSA contributions, wellness access) Legal & Hiring Information Hiring is contingent upon a background check.
