Job Description Locums | CRNA | Marshfield, WI (any state license accepted) Why This Role Open to any state license — WI APNP obtained during credentialing Predictable schedule: Monday-Friday, 7a-3p or 7a-5p — no 12-hour shifts MDA supervision available in-house 24/7 Multiple openings (4 providers needed) — flexible to coordinate Modern setup: Drager machines, Omnicell dispensing Overtime paid after scheduled shifts Assignment Details Start: ASAP, ongoing Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7a-3p or 7a-5p (no 12-hour shifts) Commitment: full-time, 3-4 weeks/month, 6 months, including holiday weeks Call: In-house call, 15-minute response Sites: Hospital OR and outpatient surgery center (fast-paced), 16 rooms Setting: Inpatient outpatient, Level 2 trauma EMR: Cerner Credentialing: ~60 days Nearest airport: CWA (Central Wisconsin) Clinical Details Case mix: general, MAC, regional, emergent, urgent, and elective Required scope: adult/pediatric/trauma general anesthesia, spinal, regional, OB, complex vascular and orthopedic cases, post-op epidural and extremity blocks, x-ray-guided blocks, central/arterial/PA line placement Surgery types include cardiac, ortho, complex vascular, head/spine, neuro, OB, pediatric, thoracic MAC, intubation, IV placement Requirements CRNA with active license in any state (WI APNP license obtained during credentialing) BLS, PALS, ACLS — must be AHA Full-time availability, 3-4 weeks/month (please do not bid 1-2 week availability) Compensation Rate negotiable, open to your number Malpractice provided Travel and lodging reimbursedaa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
