As a buyer's agent, you'll serve as the trusted advocate your clients depend on-from providing reassurance after a difficult inspection to guiding them through complex negotiations. You'll build meaningful relationships by understanding the unique priorities of each individual and family searching for a place to call home.

Responsibilities

• Lead generate daily
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in script practice and other team activities
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
• Track activities and clients through our CRM, Brivity

Qualifications

You are a motivated sales professional who is excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

• Team player
• Licensed real estate professional, studying for real estate license or interested in becoming a buyer's agent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Learning based, growth-minded
• Organized
• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
• Excellent time management skills
• Industry or sales experience preferred
