Pricing Specialist - Ocean & Air Freight

Our services include air and ocean freight forwarding, contract logistics, customs brokerage, distribution, inbound logistics, truckload brokerage and other supply chain management services, including consulting, the coordination of purchase orders and customized management services.The Sales Pricing Analyst will be people-oriented, highly motivated and a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Utilize JAS approved organizational resources for all quote operations Design and deliver quotes for our clients; both internal and external Ensure compliance within the Company Sales Policy Monitor and review quote logs for win/loss ratio to drive business conversion Provide stakeholder guidance during client implementation of business Assist Regional Sales Support Manager on other tasks that may be assigned while meeting deadlines Ensure adherence to established productivity standards, KPIs and success ratios set by sales leadership QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 2 years' experience working in a sales-oriented role. Must have operational experience in freight forwarding or logistics - handling air and/or ocean shipments. Pricing international freight moves via Air & Ocean. Out of Gauge cargo pricing is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerBI. Cargowise knowledge is a plus. Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills Excellent written and verbal skills Detail oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines Knowledge of all regulatory (i.e., Customs) law, practices, and procedures Self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Strong analytical skills - proficiency in MS Excel. Experience working in a sales-oriented role Experience working in logistics-oriented role High school diploma required College degree or equivalent experience preferred Extra languages a plus ENVIRONMENT: ENVIRONMENT:100% performed in climate-controlled internal office environment working under normal office conditions.
